Accidentally bought the wrong phone plan

Hello Net10, I recently went online on my cell phone and purchased the wrong phone plan by accident. I was wondering if I could switch plans and be refunded the money that was lost by the accidental purchase of a plan I can't afford.

I purchased a $50 refill card to use for my hotspot and it was a card for a phone plan

I purchased a hotspot and it had a limited plan so I wanted to increase the plan but purchased the wrong card is there anything you can do to help?

I bought thr wrong service plan, says it's not compatible with my phone, I tried on my son's says same thing, I dont have the money to get the service plan needed, is there anyway I can exchange it for the right service plan?? I think its absolutely ridiculous that you cannot get refunded for phone service that you cant even use!
