How convenient, this happened in the evening when there is no one to contact!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU NET10, DO YOU CARE? LET ME ADD...I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE NUMBER FOR 15 YEARS!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
