I have a government issued free phone. All the documentation I have is pointing me to SafeLink, when I try to call 611 I am being told that I need to refill/activate my phone by using credit card, air time card or something else. The phone is supposed to be free and from SafeLink.
Have SafeLink been taken over by net10 ?
How do I get my free phone back?
How to contact someone voice now, because my phone is not working and I getting a dead end automatic phone line?
