Reactivation ...

Hi,

I have a Net10 ZTE Z667G phone I purchased just over one year ago. I used it for about a month before I got a new one. It is still in like new condition and I want to activate it for a friend to use, however when I attempt to do so online it will not allow me to. It tells me to call customer service. Also when I start up the phone I receive a message "SIM not provisioned MM #2". Can this phone still be activated and do I need a new SIM card? Thank you.
