I received the new SIM card that was sent. Just need my new phone to be activated with it.
I cannot use my old phone to call Net 10 CS for help, because display is badly damaged.
Chat feature here at site seems to suddenly be gone, so can't get help that way.
Trying to follow Activation prompts on this site also leads to an endless loop.
...Can I get the new phone activated by customer service in this forum??
