I noticed that lots of my spam is now comprised of messages that are just a picture. They also get sent from varied, not repeated addresses.

I cant see anything anywhere to identify as consistent so I can set up a junk filter.

What can I do? Im sure this is a common problem.

i am having the same problem cannot recieve pictures
