I have an iPhone 6 and the $50 unlimited plan with 5GB per month data at high speed, etc. Each month I receive a text from Net10 telling me to download a new profile and then to delete my old one. This month I got the delete message and a text saying I need to update my iOS to the latest version - which it already was - before I would receive my new settings. Fine. I stupidly deleted my profile expecting the next text to give me my new settings and all would be well with the world as they had been. On day number four without a text giving me these new settings and of course I have no data.
I Googled the problem, finding hundreds of so-called solutions that did not work as I do not have a cracked/rooted/whatever-the-heck-the-right-term-is phone so I cannot edit many of the APN settings. Needless to say, my frustration level is rising.
This needs to be fixed. Immediately.
Also, the fact that this is a forum, and all of these bots (maybe they are actual people) are trying to take the conversations off-line is not helping the situation. This is a forum: the bots/employees need to be posting solutions in the actual forum so others can see them as well.
