Customer service sucks

This is my countless time getting a new phone with this service and it has always been a horrible experience from service people that do nothing except waste my time by keepi g me on the phone while maintaining the status that they can't do anything. Well they don't. Now this looks to be the worst experience ever. So I got you're ate phone I was told it needed a sim card even though it's a net ten phone. I was told two business days. This was yesterday so I go to check the ticket status and it says item was returned as undeliverable which im already calling bs on. I was home all day and there was no delivery attempt so I go to find a phone to call net ten. And the operator tells me it hasn't even been processed for shipping. Well tomorrow is past day two and they are telling me I won't get it till Monday. And I'm finding that theese cards don't always work you suck I'm pissed. and as usual the operator is willing to keep. Me on the line and do nothing. Think it's time I took my number and dollars somewhere else :evil:

Again for wasting my time more. I went to you're live chat and it tells me this an invalid ticket number. U suck even more. Less than helpful

I guess that's so you can hide how rediculously incompetent and unhelpful y'all have bee since there is no record its always lies and or incompetence with youre service department and of course loss of phone service for days and days on end. Nothing less than a bungling thief net ten :evil: :evil:

I have been trying to get help with my phone. Cannot talk to a human being. Robot Chat is useless. I am switching to a new phone company service. I am done with these useless people. :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:
