Lost or phone may have been stolen, Tried to contact your company to report it and was put on hold and a representative never answered. Called several times. My account had over 3500 minutes on it and over 180 days as I just recharged this phone which had rollover minutes. Please Contact me by email about this issue. I would like to transfer my minutes to a replacement phone but could not. You can call my phone to leave a message as I use Google as my answering service and can get messages there.
