Wrong card

I purchased the 30 day unlimited card from net10 as a gift for someone only to find out he uses straight talk. The card was activated @ the register, but cannot be applied to his phone. How can I exchange one for the other??? The card hasn't been used what-so-ever & has full balance still on it.

I cannot answer back to you in a msg apparently. It's my BF's phone, so I don't have the serial #, but I'M the one who purchased the card.

I also have this issue. I purchased net10 accidentally and I need to see if I can exchange it for straight talk.
