This is the 6th post. I waited so many minutes between each post. I haven't used profanity or letters in all capitals (that would mean I was screaming) that is hilarious. Please forgive my grammatical and punctuation errors, I just want to be able to use my phone that won't stay charged over 5 hours...

This is my 7th post...I think....I think I lost count....My phone says error code 97, I can't make calls or send text messages. I think my heart is broken.

I think this is post #9 or 10....have lost count....I can't use my phone. Said I used too much data, and I don't think that's really fair. It's not like I use the phone to talk just text and look up things.
