What is the purpose of this forum? Customer comments are all complaints. Net 10 replies are always about contacting offline. How are we going to learn anything? Why don't you answer questions on this forum?

I've been wondering the same thing. I always thought that the purpose of a Forum was so that people could openly share solutions. Have you noticed that once the user is contacted offline we don't seem to hear from them again?
On another subject, I know new users can't PM, but are we not allowed to create new posts either? I tried to write one yesterday, and it has like, disappeared. I can't even see it as pending approval.
