Having to post so many times just to be able to send a private message is fairly aggravating. The only hard part is that someone has to review it before they'll let you post it.

This really is a sad example of a forum.
My initial request for help activating a Samsung 201g was made August 9 and I am still without service a whole week later.
My phone just randomly dies for a few hours or maybe days at a time.
Totally unreliable service, and customer service is abysmal.
Sure, Net10 saves millions of dollars employing cheap un-American labor to handle customer problems, but they are not handling those problems as can be seen from reading a sample of posts on this site. They say they will contact you with a private message at the e-mail address you give during sign up, but this has not happened in my case and several others as far as I can determine.
Net10 is fine if you are lucky enough to have no problems, or you never upgrade your phone.
I realize this post will not see the light of day, so my remarks are directed to you, the moderator who deletes it.
Yes you are underpaid and grossly overworked and under-supported.
Looks like I will have to seek service elsewhere.

Good day, randomshutdownt102. Sorry for the trouble. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your concern. Your phone's programming might just need to be updated. We need to take this issue offline so I can address it further. I will contact you directly with a private message. Thank you.
