WIFI CALLING STOPPED WORKING

I have had WIFI calling working on my Iphone SE for almost a year, and after renewing my Net10 service a few months ago --it stopped working. I have been on the phone--doing research--changed sim cards to no avail. THey tell me my phone is no longer compatible --which is not true --it worked on this phone with the same NET 10 service! This is a bring your own phone AT&T and my kids have same models/same service, and theirs work??
It is beyond frustrating to talk to their customer service---has anyone else had this issue--have resolved it?? I appreciate any help or advice. I have done reset network settings and advice from them--ARGH!

You reply to contact you via your website--not helpful. I have been in contact with NET 10 at least 6 times for many hours in the last few months. I am awaiting a new SIM (which I already tried--but this one is coming direct from NET 10 supposedly) , I will update if it works.
