DEACTIVATED MY PHONE, WILL NOT FIX!!!

Net10 deactivated my phone. I have plenty of time purchased in advance!!! This happened completely out of nowhere! this is the worst company ever. How convenient, this happened in the evening when there is no one to contact!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHERE ARE YOU NET10, DO YOU CARE? LET ME ADD...I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE NUMBER FOR 15 YEARS!!!

How are you trying to install it syncing from a computer, downloading via the AppStore, etc..., and what is the error message?
