I cannot remove "auto-refill" in my account manager, and I cannot remove my credit card information in my account manager. I do not understand why I cannot make changes for either of these issues.
I must terminate my service so my credit card does not get charged, or if I cannot get help from Net10, then I will contact my credit card company to block any future charges from Net10.
Please help, as my Net10 phone does not work, and I must end the future auto-refill charges.
I tried calling the number 877-836-2368 and was not able to speak with anyone. The automated prompts are so limited that it is truly frustrating.
I can't call from my Net10 phone since it does not work.
